Please contact us at jordanstokes231@gmail.com before sending any items back. For approved returns, we’ll provide return instructions and confirm the return address.

Change-of-mind returns
We do not offer returns or exchanges simply because you change your mind or select the wrong size or colour. Please check product descriptions and sizing information before ordering. This does not apply if we send a different item, size, or colour from what you ordered.

Damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, does not match its description, or contains incorrect or missing items, contact jordanstokes231@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue. Please include photos or video where possible to help us investigate.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law. Your rights are not conditional on our supplier agreeing to reimburse us.

Return instructions
Please contact us before sending any items back. If a return is required, we will confirm the return address and instructions, including responsibility for return shipping costs.

Refunds
If a refund is approved or required by law, we will confirm the amount and issue it to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process it.
